Do You Feel a Draft?

This post by Steven Yates paints a very morbid picture for the American people. A draft bill has been put before the house by Charley Rangel. It was laughed at years ago when Charley didn't even vote for his own bill, but the winds of change have been hard at work to remake these united states into the image of a docile UN subordinate. Personally, I don't think anything is beyond the machinations of the tyrants and commies on capitol hill.

Universal National Service Act of 2006 (Introduced in House)HR 4752 IH109th CONGRESS2d SessionH. I think Bush's immigration proposal is treason and he should be impeached.
-Peter Brimelow-

Doing the Jobs that Americans Won't Do

Based on a one-year in-depth study, a researcher estimates there are about 240,000 illegal immigrant sex offenders in the United States who have had an average of four victims each........

She arrives at the figure of 240,000 offenders – a conservative estimate, she says – through public records showing about 2 percent of illegals apprehended are sex offenders.
"This translates to 93 sex offenders and 12 serial sexual offenders coming across U.S. borders illegally per day," she says.
She points out the 1,500 offenders in her study had a total of 5,999 victims, and each sex offender averaged four victims.
"This places the estimate for victimization numbers around 960,000 for the 88 months examined in this study," she declares.
Schurman-Kauflin breaks down the 1,500 cases reviewed this way:
525, or 35 percent, were child molestations
358, or 24 percent, were rapes
617, or 41 percent, were sexual homicides and serial murders
Of the child molestations, 47 percent of the victims were Hispanic, 36 percent Caucasian, 8 percent Asian, 6 percent African American and 3 percent other nationalities.
In 82 percent of the cases, she noted, the victims were known to their attackers.
"In those instances, the illegal immigrants typically gained access to the victims after having worked as a day laborer at or near the victims' homes," she says. "Victims ranged in age from 1 year old to 13 years old, with the average age being 6."
In her examination of the sex-related homicides, Schurman-Kauflin found the most common method was for an offender to break into a residence and ambush his victims.
Not only were victims raped, she said, but some – 6 percent – were mutilated.
"The crime scenes were very bloody, expressing intense, angry perpetrator personalities," she said. "Specifically, most victims were blitzed, rendered incapable of fighting back, and then raped and murdered. The most common method of killing was bludgeoning, followed by stabbing."
She found it especially disturbing that in 22 percent of all sex crimes committed by illegal immigrants, victims with physical and mental disabilities were targeted.

Keep on reading if you want to. It is a sick article about a sick people, who are going to be legalized by the senate if they had their way.

Thick as a Brick

Here's another approach to telling your (specially selected special interest representative = congressman or senator) how you feel about the current invasion. Send them a brick in the mail as a clear indication of how you want the invasion handled.

Advocates of tougher border security have sent thousands of bricks to Senate and House offices in recent weeks to make a none-too-subtle point with lawmakers about where many of their constituents come down on emerging immigration bills.
Leaders of the campaign, which has delivered an estimated 10,000 bricks since it began in April, said they had hit on the idea as a way to emphasize the benefits of a fence along the border with Mexico.
In an age when professionally planned lobbying campaigns have long since overwhelmed spontaneous grass-roots pressure, organizers of the brick brigade said they also saw an opportunity to deliver a missive not easily discarded.
"E-mails are so common now," said Kirsten Heffron, a Virginian who is helping coordinate the effort. "It is really easy for the office to say duly noted, hit delete and never think about it again."

The Times gave us that tidbit in red above. Doesn't that just say everything about this country?
They should have just said, "In an age of corruption."

Given the success of the initiative, she said, the group may turn its attention to lobbying lawmakers in their home districts this summer and may have a role in a demonstration in Washington. She said she hoped that the brick barrage showed lawmakers that when it comes to immigration, the weight of public opinion is on the side of border security.
"I think they don't realize the passion of it," she said of some lawmakers. "Maybe it is going to take a little protest in the streets to get our voices heard as well."

It's going to take a little protest? Wise up will ya. Nothing can get through to these representatives. They are, well, Thick as a brick.

You can say that again!

From Ilana Mercer

Yes, left-liberals are a singularly charmless lot – in the U.S., Britain and everywhere else, for that matter. In Gabb's assessment, the left's "aim is to construct a new order in which – whatever its proposed merits – we shall have been stripped of our historic liberties and our national identity." It is faced, however, with a paradox. Although the left has a tentacular grip on societal institutions, "It must rule a nation that, so long as it remains a nation, is strongly conservative."
How has the Republican Party and its media lickspittles reconciled this paradox? Why, by reinventing themselves as the "Quisling Right."
"A Quisling Rightist is someone who calls himself a Conservative," observes Gabb. "When standing for office, he implies promises without making them. If pressed, he will make promises that he has no intention of keeping. If elected, he will make firm declarations of principle and argue over inessentials. His conservative politics are purely symbolic. Where essentials are concerned, he will do nothing to challenge the continued domination of the left. In return for this, he will be invited to the best parties and allowed endless time in the media. ... He will be allowed income and status. He will earn this by systematically betraying those who trusted him to stand up for all that they held most dear this side of the grave."
The Republican Quislings have contributed greatly to the convergence of left and right. What we have now is a cartel, the traditional ideological differences between the political parties having been permanently blurred (both Democrats and Republicans, for instance, see merit in wars for democracy, limitless immigration, and a massive expansion in Medicare and other entitlements). If anything, antitrust laws ought to be deployed, not against business, but to bust this two-party monopoly, which subverts competition in government and rewards the colluding quislings with sinecures in perpetuity.
As the reign of the Bush backstabbers draws to an end, we find ourselves "with still fewer of our historic liberties and still less of our national identity." This being so, Gabb counsels against voting for the party that has broken all its promises so far. I agree; there is no reason for conservatives to vote for the Republican Party. "We in the conservative movement might as well vote for a party that says what we believe. That party will not win either, but at least our votes will be counted and recognized as a clear statement of opinion."
To press the point, Gabb adds a Parthian shot: "If I must be destroyed, let me be speared in the front by someone who looks me in the eye and calls himself my enemy. Far better this than be garroted from behind by a supposed friend."

Doesn't the quote in blue poignantly describe how you feel? It should, unless you vote republican.

If Some People Could Bring Themselves to Admit This

We Would Be Faring Far Better
Alan Stang writes:
As I write, the treason Senate – under intense pressure from Communist world government traitor Smirk W. Bush – is preparing to pass the legislation that will legalize the present invasion of these United States. So here let me repeat something I have said many times, which nevertheless deserves repetition even more because it is so little mentioned, even by our friends.
The goal of the conspirators from the beginning has been to submerge and dissolve our country in a totalitarian socialist world government they would run.
Republicans can't seem to wrap their mind around this little concept, even with the mounting evidence and the brazen SPP orchestrated by the NWO and the implementation by Mexico's president Bush; mentioning this will have you branded as a crazy conspiracy theory loon. This is regardless of the fact that when something is out in the open and rubbed in your face it is no longer a conspiracy theory but a conspiracy fact.
The new Communist invasion law will expand the process, adding millions upon millions of illegal aliens to those already here, overloading our hospitals, our schools, our courts and other facilities, draining our paychecks, but far more important than anything else, reducing our standard of living and changing our culture along with our population. Of course you don’t need me to tell you this. Simply look around. Habla español? No? Well, you had better learn, compadre.
The plan is that after a while the merger will not seem so bizarre. Would you not agree that by now the idea already seems less incredible? Remember that, as we speak, about 10% of the population of Mexico lives in these united States. The Communist legislation coming out of conference committee will intrude the millions we have mentioned. After a while, you rednecks will be irrelevant. You already are close to a minority.
All of this answers the question of why the Senate votes Communist despite a literal firestorm of disagreement from their constituents, even from stalwart supporters of the Republicrud Party who at last feel disgust. With a few exceptions, your Senator is the best legislator corporate America could buy. For that America, an honest legislator is a legislator who stays bought. When Hitler and Mussolini married government and business, we called it Fascism.
Most Americans don't remember how trendy fascism was before WWII; then we fought the fascists and couldn't praise them anymore. It must have been a hard blow for Roosevelt to take. There has never been a fan of fascism as ardent as Roosevelt.
Some years ago, Steve Symms, then a U. S. Senator from Idaho, who retired too soon, said in a speech that Americans peaceably solve problems in the jury box. If that fails, they go to the ballot box. But is that fails, said Senator Symms, they go to the bullet box. My fear is that the pressure will intensify, and that someone who is threatened by the invaders will fire the second shot heard ‘round the world, which would give Communist Bush the excuse for the martial law he wants.
By invoking the Executive Orders already in place, he could take direct control of everything in this country, including every human being. You couldn’t eat, live, drive, talk, even walk without his permission. The merger would be complete. And it would all be legal. Would martial law be the whack upside the head that would finally awaken the American people? Nothing else has worked.
It was Soviet dictator Nikita Khrushchev, who many years ago at the Communist UN in New York, expressed his amazement at the depth of naiveté of the American people. Khrushchev exclaimed, “These Americans! You can spit in their face and they call it dew!” My guess is that today he would marvel even more.

I wouldn't worry about President Bush declaring martial law, he's lost enough 'political capital' to end that fear. It is the democrat president who will undoubtedly follow him that we must worry about. Strike that, it doesn't matter who is in the White house. Fascism crosses party lines today. We'll keep getting the same until we really do something about it. Faxing you senators and congressmen isn't really doing anything about it at all.

Some Crap on the UN from the Neocon Masters

Since it was a slow news day, notwithstanding the push from our exalted legislature to screw us on immigration and make us like it, I decided to head over to the head of neocon journalism, the national review online, or NRO. I happened to find an article about the corruption in the UN. There was a bunch of talk about how great John Bolton is and how he is doing everything to reform the UN, and some other garbage about scandals that won't be fixed and some crying about how much we pay to the organization every year.

So here we are, only a few weeks before the U.N. runs out of money, and Congress set to answer the question of whether the reforms to date are sufficient to warrant the remaining three-quarters of the $3.8 billion budget. The easy way out is also the most familiar. The standard State Department response in the face of the mounting crisis of confidence in this organization is to call the glass half-full. The lines are familiar: We need the U.N. It’s the only global multilateral body. It’s better to keep talking. We’re not perfect either. U.S. hegemony needs correction.

And this is as close as we get from National Review that these united states should get out of the UN. They're real conservatives over there aren't they? The rest of the article is a bunch of whining about how the UN is corrupt and we don't like the way we're being treated by the world body and are upset about the Human rights commision's make up.

Not one time was exiting our membership in the UN mentioned.

Not one time did the author mention that our giving funds to the UN is unconstitutional.

NRO is the face of modern Conservatism. I mean Republicanism.

If these are conservatives, who needs liberals?

At Last, Environmentals are Doing Something Right

School Buses Could Expose Kids To Pollution
(AP) WASHINGTON Tens of thousands of school buses are exposing students to excessive pollution, contributing to asthma problems and other respiratory ailments, according to a new report that grades the nation's bus fleets. "School buses can be a major source of pollution exposure for children," said Patricia Monahan, an analyst for the Union of Concerned Scientists, which released the report Wednesday. "When it comes to protecting kids' health, a poor job of cleaning up bus emissions is unacceptable." The group, which produces independent research on energy and environmental issues, issued a National School Bus Report Card that shows that most states aren't doing enough to protect 25 million students from pollution while riding or waiting for school buses. After examining data supplied by all 50 states and the District of Columbia, the Washington, D.C.-based organization decided to give no A grades based on tailpipe emissions, or soot pollution -- one of several factors examined in the report. But it handed out 16 B's to the District and states such as Delaware, Pennsylvania and New York. Delaware and the District outperformed the states based on emission rates -- with just over 9 pounds of pollution per bus in 2005. That's mainly due to their newer fleets. The worst polluter was South Carolina, closely followed by South Dakota. Both earned D grades. Still, some states are working to cut emissions.

We finally have a reason to close public schools. I can't expect children to be poisoned by bus exhaust, therefore the only rational course of action is the dissolution of all public schools forthwith.

Vdare.com; doing us all a service.

Vdare.com is the best place in the country to get news on the immigration debate. Why? Because Vdare has been arguing against this influx of both illegal and legal immigrants years before there was an immigration debate, which they have no trouble reminding everyone who reads their blog. I don't blame them though. "I told you so," sure seems like a lot less than they deserve for being so ahead of the game. But this particular blog article tends to make the immigration debate all that more pertinent. It has a face and a name.

Hit the link to find out why this young woman is really the face of the immigration debate.

Secret FEMA Plan To Use Pastors as Pacifiers in Preparation For Martial Law

A Pastor has come forward to blow the whistle on a nationwide FEMA program which is training Pastors and other religious representatives to become secret police enforcers who teach their congregations to "obey the government" in preparation for a declaration of martial law, property and firearm seizures, and forced relocation.
In March of this year the Pastor, who we shall refer to as Pastor Revere, was invited to attend a meeting of his local FEMA chapter which circulated around preparedness for a potential bio-terrorist attack, any natural disaster or a nationally declared emergency.
The FEMA directors told the Pastors that attended that it was their job to help implement FEMA and Homeland Security directives in anticipation of any of these eventualities. The first directive was for Pastors to preach to their congregations Romans 13, the often taken out of context bible passage that was used by Hitler to hoodwink Christians into supporting him, in order to teach them to "obey the government" when martial law is declared.
It was related to the Pastors that quarantines, martial law and forced relocation were a problem for state authorities when enforcing federal mandates due to the "cowboy mentality" of citizens standing up for their property and second amendment rights as well as farmers defending their crops and livestock from seizure. It was stressed that the Pastors needed to preach subservience to the authorities ahead of time in preparation for the round-ups and to make it clear to the congregation that "this is for their own good."
We have received confirmation from other preachers and Pastors that this program is a nationwide initiative and a literal Soviet model whereby the churches are being systematically infiltrated by government volunteers and used as conduits for martial law training and conditioning. The Pastor was told that over 13,000 counties were already on board.

There is also a radio interview accompanying on the linked page that delves deeper into this subject. Pastor Revere does not give the public a positive outlook for the future. He has ralated that a goodly percentage of Pastors in the program are full of glee at the concept and find no problem serving as a aide to the destruction of law and liberty. Is martial law coming? Stay tuned.

Each man must for himself alone decide what is right and what is wrong, which course is patriotic and which isn't. You cannot shirk this and be a man. Aptly Named

“The notorious Lincoln Group, which is an unofficial organ of the Department of Defense and was created solely to plant official lies in both foreign and domestic media outlets, is not the only “non-official” agency used by the Bush Administration for close observation and eventual control of the American public. The United States is crammed full of “think tanks,” “research institutes,” “credit information agencies,” “medical data bases,” and on an on, all euphemisms for gathers of information on the American public, businesses whose secrets can be mined and given, or sold, to other Administration-supporting businesses worthy of government rewards, information on all US/overseas banking and money transfers, diplomatic communications foreign governments and businesses, individuals and organizations that are termed as being “hostile, or potentially hostile, to government entities and/or individuals.” In the aggregate, these organizations can, and certainly do, supply information on any citizen of the United States and many foreign ones, especially those in foreign governments and business. Although you will never see their names connected with such activities, saving on internet blogs, there certainly exists, and I have had access to, thick rosters of such organizations, their leadership, their abilities to gather specific information in specific areas and contact points inside each and every entity, as well as payment rates for the acquisition of information. None of these companies exist as charities after all. I should note that nearly all of these organization, without fail, are staffed with former, and sometimes current, individuals with a background in government investigative activities like the FBI, the NSA, the CIA and the many intrusive and secret branched of the Department of Defense’s Domestic Surveillance systems. Because of this, the government can tap into a huge mine of personal, business and economic data on any American citizen that they wish. Not even minor children are exempt from this universal pool. School and medical records are at their fingertips as are juvenile records, (supposedly sealed by the courts but in fact open at will to these paid spies) school records, work and bank account activities., divorce records, local credit bureau files, your complete medical records, samples of your DNA, anonymous accusations contained in local and federal investigative files (allegations that have never been substantiated) any and all credit information to include travel or purchases of any kind, any and all bank records, both corporate and personal, to include the presence of safe deposit boxes, saving accounts and complete records of all deposits and withdrawals (to include copies of checks) and a legion of other material that most people think is private. Think again. In Bush’s America, there is no such thing as privacy.

What better tyrant to emulate than the one who first started dismantling constitutional government? Always remeber that Lincoln has been praised by the most vile of dictatorships for his ability to abrogate law to seize and centralize power. Hitler really had a good role model. And Stalin too. But don't take my word for it, go find out for yourself.

Can You Hear Us Now Judge?

RUSSELL SPRINGS, Ky. (AP) - The senior class at a southern Kentucky high school gave their response Friday night to a federal judge's order banning prayer at commencement.
About 200 seniors stood during the principal's opening remarks and began reciting the Lord's Prayer, prompting a standing ovation from a standing-room only crowd at the Russell County High School gymnasium.
The thunderous applause drowned out the last part of the prayer.
The revival like atmosphere continued when senior Megan Chapman said in her opening remarks that God had guided her since childhood. Chapman was interrupted repeatedly by the cheering crowd as she urged her classmates to trust in God as they go through life.
The challenge made the graduation even better because it unified the senior class, Chapman said.
"It made the whole senior class come together as one and I think that's the best way to go out," said Chapman, who plans to attend the University of the Cumberlands with her twin sister Megan.
The graduation took place about 12 hours after a federal judge blocked the inclusion of prayer as part of Russell County High School's graduation ceremonies.

I bet that all those students who stood up and recited the Lord's prayer were not even Christian. No one wants unelected judges to tell them what they can and can not say. I'm just suprised the judge didn't issue a warrant for the arrest of all those students. That is our judicial systems usual policy.

Letting the Cat out of the Bag

People who have read my blog know of my hatred of the SPP. Thank the Lord someone with some name recognition is coming out in opposition to it. Strike that; coming out at all and telling the people that there is even such a thing. The American people are wholly unaware of the major policies being erected by our government to destroy our sovereignty. Mention something like this to a Bush neocon and they will deny it first, and then make excuses that it isn't something to worry about. "Dems are trying to discredit Bush on the war on terror," they'll say. As if that is as important as the destruction of our sovereignty. Maybe this is the first shot in the war to save America or the first nail to seal the coffin lid.

President Bush is pursuing a globalist agenda to create a North American Union, effectively erasing our borders with both Mexico and Canada. This was the hidden agenda behind the Bush administration's true open borders policy.

It is not hidden!

President Bush intends to abrogate U.S. sovereignty to the North American Union, a new economic and political entity which the President is quietly forming, much as the European Union has formed. The blueprint President Bush is following was laid out in a 2005 report entitled "Building a North American Community" published by the left-of-center Council on Foreign Relations (CFR). The CFR report connects the dots between the Bush administration's actual policy on illegal immigration and the drive to create the North American Union:
At their meeting in Waco, Texas, at the end of March 2005, U.S. President George W. Bush, Mexican President Vicente Fox, and Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin committed their governments to a path of cooperation and joint action. We welcome this important development and offer this report to add urgency and specific recommendations to strengthen their efforts.
What is the plan? Simple, erase the borders. The plan is contained in a "Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America" little noticed when President Bush and President Fox created it in March 2005:
In March 2005, the leaders of Canada, Mexico, and the United States adopted a Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America (SPP), establishing ministerial-level working groups to address key security and economic issues facing North America and setting a short deadline for reporting progress back to their governments. President Bush described the significance of the SPP as putting forward a common commitment "to markets and democracy, freedom and trade, and mutual prosperity and security." The policy framework articulated by the three leaders is a significant commitment that will benefit from broad discussion and advice. The Task Force is pleased to provide specific advice on how the partnership can be pursued and realized. To that end, the Task Force proposes the creation by 2010 of a North American community to enhance security, prosperity, and opportunity. We propose a community based on the principle affirmed in the March 2005 Joint Statement of the three leaders that "our security and prosperity are mutually dependent and complementary." Its boundaries will be defined by a common external tariff and an outer security perimeter within which the movement of people, products, and capital will be legal, orderly and safe. Its goal will be to guarantee a free, secure, just, and prosperous North America.
The perspective of the CFR report allows us to see President Bush's speech to the nation as nothing more than public relations posturing and window dressing. No wonder President Vincente Fox called President Bush in a panic after the speech. How could the President go back on his word to Mexico by actually securing our border? Not to worry, President Bush reassured President Fox. The National Guard on the border were only temporary, meant to last only as long until the public forgets about the issue, as has always been the case in the past. The North American Union plan, which Vincente Fox has every reason to presume President Bush is still following, calls for the only border to be around the North American Union -- not between any of these countries. Or, as the CFR report stated:
The three governments should commit themselves to the long-term goal of dramatically diminishing the need for the current intensity of the governments’ physical control of cross-border traffic, travel, and trade within North America. A long-term goal for a North American border action plan should be joint screening of travelers from third countries at their first point of entry into North America and the elimination of most controls over the temporary movement of these travelers within North America.
Discovering connections like this between the CFR recommendations and Bush administration policy gives credence to the argument that President Bush favors amnesty and open borders, as he originally said. Moreover, President Bush most likely continues to consider groups such as the Minuteman Project to be "vigilantes," as he has also said in response to a reporter's question during the March 2005 meeting with President Fox. Why doesn’t President Bush just tell the truth? His secret agenda is to dissolve the United States of America into the North American Union. The administration has no intent to secure the border, or to enforce rigorously existing immigration laws. Securing our border with Mexico is evidently one of the jobs President Bush just won't do. If a fence is going to be built on our border with Mexico, evidently the Minuteman Project is going to have to build the fence themselves. Will President Bush protect America's sovereignty, or is this too a job the Minuteman Project will have to do for him?

I can think of only one word to describe what President Bush is doing. It is TREASON. We have really sunk so low.

Death of the Mega-state

The nation-state is dying. Men have begun to transfer their allegiance, loyalty and love from the older nations both upward to the new transnational regimes that are arising and downward to the sub-nations whence they came, the true nations, united by blood and soil, language, literature, history, faith, tradition and memory.
Imperial and ideological nations appear, for the foreseeable future, to be finished. The British and French, greatest of the Western empires, are long gone. Throughout the 19th and early 20th century, the Irish, though its sons had fought to erect and maintain the Victorian "empire on which the sun never set" – and defend it in World War I – fought relentlessly to be free of it. They wanted, and in 1921 won, a small nation of their own, on their own small island.
The Irish preferred it to being part of the British Empire.

Americans believe their country is insulated from the forces which tear apart other countries even when the policies of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA do more to bring about that end than most states around the world. The calls for secession, especially in satellite states such as Hawaii and a united American/Confederate South at odds with the SPP and one world government subordination of sovereignty, will grow in this new century, especially when those who advocate world government start to really make their push with imposition and not persuasion. Hold on. It's going to be a bumpy ride.

Bilderbergers to Meet in Canada This Year

The secretive group known as Bilderberg will hold its annual secret meeting at the posh Brook Street Resort a few miles from Ottawa, Canada, June 8-11. The location and part of the agenda was disclosed to American Free Press by a source inside Bilderberg’s inner circle. High on the Bilderberg’s secret agenda this year are oil prices and the political upheaval in Latin America. When meeting last year in Rottach-Egern, Germany, Bilderberg called for dramatic increases in the price of oil. Oil prices started climbing immediately from $40 a barrel to $70. Whether Bilderberg will call for still higher prices is unclear, but Henry Kissinger and others had gleefully anticipated ultimate prices at $150 a barrel a year ago. Bilderberg is certainly concerned about supply, which is related to the “Latin American problem,” as one insider said. Approximately 120 international leaders in politics and finance will also discuss the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, which has caused a rare breach between American Bilderbergers and their European counterparts since the United States Iraq invasion in 2003. Whether the United States should invade Iran is also high on the agenda.

I don't much believe there is a breach in the Bilderbergers.

Isn't it amazing that most of the richest and most powerful men in the world attend or send a representative to attend the Bilderberger meeting each year? For 52 years now? And you usually never hear anything about it?

Move along! Nothing to see here!

The Black Mountains Rejoice!

Here's a little inspiration for those who think the Southern Cause is unattainable. Click on this BBC report on the independence referendum in Montenegro. Now imagine the celebrations throughout the South when we, not DC, not Ted Kennedy, not New York, decide what we can do about illegal aliens, same-sex "marriage," abortion, gun rights, private property, prayer in schools, protection of jobs -- or any of the globalist agenda. We will have our own agenda. Can't you see the Southern Cross in the hands of jubilant young people throughout the Southland as you look at these pictures of a people who have won their independence? From the BBCClick here for more

Just Like Brothers

'Tis time to fear when tyrants seem to kiss."
William Shakespeare, Pericles, 1. 2

ASSOCIATED PRESS
LAS VEGAS (AP) - Former President Bill Clinton on Sunday said President Bush is doing a good job on immigration reform, praising his call for better border security and moderation in dealing with illegal immigrants.
"I basically think President Bush has done a good job with this," Clinton told a convention of shopping center developers. "I'm different with him on nearly everything, but I think he's done a good job with this."
Clinton said employers were not blameless for hiring undocumented workers, who he described as "chasing their dreams the same way you chase your dreams."
He also said any reform that included a path to citizenship should not to punish those who migrate legally.
"You don't want a system that can be flouted so much that you actually punish law-abiding would-be immigrants who file for immigration in a legal fashion and patiently wait," he said.
Clinton appeared to support Bush's call last week for up to 6,000 National Guard troops to secure the U.S. border with Mexico.
"We need to at least have some idea of who's crossing the border and whether they're at all suspicious and whether they should be looked into," Clinton said.

Clinton supports Bush on immigration! Who would have ever saw that one coming? Everyone really.

Quote of the day

"I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies."

-Thomas Jefferson-

None, in government, dare call it invasion.

Washington -- The current migration of Mexicans and Central Americans to the United States is one of the largest diasporas in modern history, experts say.
Roughly 10 percent of Mexico's population of about 107 million is now living in the United States, estimates show. About 15 percent of Mexico's labor force is working in the United States. One in every 7 Mexican workers migrates to the United States.
Mass migration from Mexico began more than a century ago. It is deeply embedded in the history, culture and economies of both nations. The current wave began with Mexico's economic crisis in 1982, accelerated sharply in the 1990s with the U.S. economic boom, and today has reached record dimensions.
It is unlikely to ebb anytime soon.
"There is no scenario outside of catastrophic attack on the United States that would make immigration stop," said Demetrios Papademetriou, president of the Migration Policy Institute, a nonpartisan think tank.
The fierce immigration debate now under way in Congress focuses almost exclusively on the U.S. side of the equation. Senate legislation attempts to reduce the flow by hardening the border, sanctioning employers who hire illegal migrants, and expanding avenues for legal immigration. The House passed a bill focused solely on U.S. enforcement.

What can one say about this situation? But don't you worry, the President has only the interests of his people in mind. However, his people are citizens of the yet to be codified American Union and not the citizens of these united states.

Liberty for Montenegro

PODGORICA, Serbia-Montenegro (AP) - Montenegro voted by a slim margin to secede from Serbia and form a separate nation, erasing the last vestiges of the former Yugoslavia, according to the results Monday of its referendum.
With nearly all ballots counted, 55.4 percent of voters chose to dissolve Montenegro's 88-year union with its much larger and sometimes overbearing Balkan neighbor. That is just over the 55 percent threshold needed to validate Sunday's referendum under rules set by the European Union.
Hours before the official results were announced, independence supporters flooded streets of the capital Podgorica and other towns, even though their victory did not appear at all certain at that point.
"I congratulate you on your state," said the pro-independence prime minister, Milo Djukanovic. "Today, the citizens of Montenegro voted to restore their statehood."

I am happy to congratulate Montenegro on their restoration of statehood. Let us hope they can keep their sovereignty, though they seem to be posturing to join the European Union which would, in effect, negate their sovereignty. Now if we can find some fed up Southerners to follow suit and restore Confederate States nationhood and sovereignty. When the last vestiges of the American expreriment have been perverted so far as none can recognize our government for what it was, Southern nationalism will find itself much supported.

Judging

Those deluded segments of society who have faith in government as ardent as others have faith in the Lord are able to accept that the people who run government are corrupt but can't bring themselves to recognize that the nature of government is corruption. Unlike Sobran I believe corruption can be rooted out of government, but doing so would demand a seizure of power back to the people so as to effectively make politicians impotent to do their damaging work. However without a society composed of people who accept what Percy Bysshe Shelley says here about government, "Government is an evil; it is only the thoughtlessness and vices of men that make it a necessary evil. When all men are good and wise, government will of itself decay," no such government will be able to withstand the sinfulness of individuals who aspire the mantle of power.

Joe Sobran delves into this with this quote from 5/4/06.

One of man’s oldest follies is the belief that such authority can exist and that some men can, and must, be trusted with it. Democracy supposedly gives everyone a fair share of it. We all get to help choose our rulers. What could be fairer than that? And yet, for some reason, politician is a disreputable word in democracies. People speak of government with irony even as they demand that it improve their lives. Last week Jean-François Revel, an eloquent champion of democracy, died in France at 82. In his book The Totalitarian Temptation he made the arresting observation that whereas other systems were judged by their records, Communism was judged by its promises — no matter how often they had been brutally broken. Revel aimed his barb at Europe’s leftist intelligentsia. But doesn’t the aphorism really apply to government in general? No matter how much harm it does, men continue to believe in its promises. Individuals are blamed for its failures, as Bush is being blamed now, but most of us persist in thinking that this is a mere personnel problem, not a problem intrinsic to the very nature of government. The wrong men are in power. We can see that power is handed over to the “right” men in the next election! Somehow, though, the “right” men never seem to turn up. After a short time, we find that those in whom we placed our hopes were just a new set of wrong men. Bill Clinton was the wrong man for the presidency. George W. Bush would restore morality, honor, resolve, and other fine things to the White House. Now look! As long as there is government, the wrong men will rule. This is not a prediction. It’s an axiom.

I say there are proper men to rule us all. They are deaf, dumb, and blind with an intellect on par with the greatest minds of mankind but without the falcuties to force their fancies down the throat of every one else.

Quote of the day

I would rather have a clean government than one where quote First Amendment rights are being respected that has become corrupt. If I had my choice, I'd rather have the clean government.

Hate Not Heritage

Heritage Not Hate and Hate not Heritage

Heritage Not Hate

We’ve all seen Confederate Battle Flags defiled by the disclaimer “Heritage not Hate” flying across Dixie since God knows when. This disclaimer is offensive to me as a Southerner on so many levels, and the people who sport it are a bigger detriment to the continuation of Southern culture and honor than ole’ Morris Dees and his SPLC. I can’t fathom a reason men and women fly this flag excepting that they’ve bought into the guilt trip that has been brought to bear on us like a million Yankee battalions. This flag points the finger at your brother and does not alleviate the perceptions of those you wish to influence. For instance, if I am for “heritage not hate” my brother there with Battle Flag flying proudly and unsullied must be for something else; you see, he is the one for hate, and I am not like him, I have a disclaimer. Now those who fly the HNH flag probably do not think they are expressing that opinion, but they most certainly are. Right doesn’t need a disclaimer.
Heritage not Hate also denotes surrender and acceptance of the cultural pathos of the repentant. Only one who bought into the argument that the Confederate Battle Flag is a symbol of oppression and racism, as our liberal enemies oft chant, could fly this dubious flag. A proud Confederate would never allow it. James Edwards who directs the radio program The Political Cesspool and his motto, “No retreat, No surrender, No apologies,” is a perfect example of a man who does not buy into the false notion of a racial war to preserve slavery. No apologies. Never bend an inch because if you do you’ve already lost. If you begin to let into your mind that our Confederate ancestry is just a novelty, needs to atone for sins of the 60’s, both 18 and 19, or is actually tainted but needs to fly just to preserve history, because we are all American now, you’ve already lost the battle. We have too many of the Save the SCV crowd in our midst, and they give more ammunition to our enemies to bombard us with. All Confederates must take the hard stance which is both needed and demanded. No Confederate apologizes, and no man apologizes for defending his home and fighting for his freedom.
The Heritage Not Hate flag also detracts from the universal declaration of The Confederate Battle Flag. The only flag in the world which flies in the face of centralization and tyranny is our beloved Confederate Battle Flag. There is no other like it and it doesn’t need a disclaimer. The Heritage Not Hate flag is the flag of the civil war. Our untarnished Confederate Battle Flag is the flag of The War for Southern Independence.

Hate Not Heritage

The Confederate Battle flag is also a flag of hate, but not directed toward the black race. The Confederate Battle Flag stands for hatred of leviathan, usurpers and tyrants, total war, centralizers, internationalists, communists, those who believe they have a right to take what is ours and reserve if for themselves or give it to another, corruption, the abuse of the constitution, a brave new world, and the enemies of self determination. And until another flag comes along that embodies those virtues of hatred, I’ll be flying mine high without a disclaimer, because my heritage means more than just where I’ve come from; my heritage directs where I am going.

This Rant is RIght On!

Something Different

Something Different

Let me begin this article by stating a few important facts about illegal immigration and my beliefs on Illegal immigration, or as it is more straightforwardly referred to, the invasion. These are the facts. Illegal immigrants in these united states: are not screened at the border for horrible diseases like mumps, hepatitis, plague (yes plague), leprosy, tuberculosis et al , and routinely bring them across, deplete the wages of all American citizens, not only those impacted the most in the lowest strata of the job market, commit crimes far outweighing their demographic and eat up taxpayer money in enjoying three squares a day in taxpayer funded jails, sign up and receive federal, state, and city aid on the American taxpayers dime, go to the emergency room whenever they see fit resulting in the close of hospitals and more consumption of the taxpayers dime, do not have drivers licenses or insurance but use our roads daily, drive drunk disproportionately, constitute a large portion of the gangs in the country, are drug runners sometimes, don’t pay taxes, do not leave, rally and sometimes riot in our streets, destroy the precious environment, do not speak English, and impact everyone who is an American citizen. There are undoubtedly more that I have not listed nor know. These are the facts about my beliefs on Illegal immigration. The federal government is not going to do anything meaningful in regard to the Illegal alien problem and actively support amnesty and an end to the border through such enlightened sovereignty destroying initiatives such as the North American SPP and the economically destructive free trade act NAFTA expanded to CAFTA and eventually the FTAA if we Americans do not stop it. Mexicans are not going to stop coming unless we stop them and deport them one at a time if necessary, and with a little hard work we most definitely can in spite of the dubious protestations of McCain and merry bipartisan band. Prosecuting any individual who hires any Illegal aliens will bring this invasion to an end. A contingent of US troops on the border will end the invasion. It must stop, and if pressure on our representatives is fruitless we must emulate the Minutemen and defend the borders ourselves. We can end the invasion and the plan which follows may just be palatable enough to both political parties to swallow though I do not endorse it.

Despite the fact that he has been unwilling to bow to the demands of the American people, the office of the president of these united states carries with it the power to deploy troops to the border at a whim. I can’t begin to say with certainty why this situation is allowed, I can only imagine the president has reasons, reasons no one understands, but reasons nonetheless, and since he is unwilling to actively deploy troops to the border I thought he might do it in a roundabout way so as not to anger his best pal Vicente Fox or force members of the republican party to decided whether they wanted to be in bed with big business or their constituents. Politics! What are you going to do? I sympathize with your divided loyalties Mr. president.

We have been fighting wars in the desert since 2001 and our troops, if and when they fight, always fight in the desert or some rough clime akin. As it stands they need tough training to fight in the desert effectively and we conveniently have a desert in which to train right along, where is it, the Mexican border. So I suggest, so very meekly, that when our soldiers get out of boot camp they go to the Midwest for a two of three week training regimen in the desert edging the border. While they are learning skills that will be indispensable at a later date in another sandy part of the globe, they could stop any illegal aliens they see coming across the border and wait for the border patrol to pick up the illegal aliens to return them to Mexico. It would even be a good lesson in subduing civilians for questioning. This plan is just another common sense solution to a crisis, something you’ll never see come out of Washington DC. It can even be explained in a single paragraph.

I justify this plan on the assumption that it will provide enough cover to our representatives for them to show modest enough results to pacify the ravenous American citizenry while continuing to move along with their actual plan of the destruction of the border. The benefit to the American citizen is that it may prolong, contrary to our current situation, our downfall a few months to a year later if nothing was done at all or we adopted a guest worker/amnesty program. What's more, it would be cost effective; an eighteen year old soldier doesn’t get paid nearly as much as a middle aged border patrol agent. And it would, of course, provide indispensable training to our globe trotting military and the president who won’t get tired of sending them to sand covered countries in the name of global democracy. It’s a win-win.

Quote of the day

I worked night and day for twelve years to prevent the war, but I could not. The North was mad and blind, would not let us govern ourselves, and so the war came.
-Jefferson Davis-

Conservative? What's that? It isn't what it used to be.

It is ironic that such "conservatives" argue that illegal immigration is good for the American economy, given that they are theoretically adherents of Adam Smith's capitalism, which states, among many other things, the Law that as supply goes up, that price must go down, given constant demand. One would have to be a serious sophist indeed to miss the application of that law to labor prices, which have declined more than 16 percent while 30 million legal and illegal immigrants have entered the country and provided that price-suppressing supply of which Mr. Smith speaks so highly.
So, the economy is healthier while Americans are making less money. Pro-immigration economists will point out that household income is higher, but this is only because more married women are working than in 1973, the year real wage rates peaked. It is interesting to note that these "conservative" commentators are therefore defending a practice which is directly linked to the profoundly non-conservative value of removing mothers from their children.
No doubt the next thing these "conservatives" will be championing is government-funded day care.
It's also remarkable to mark how poorly the so-called conservative commentariat seems to understand its principles. For example, Mark Alexander wrote on TownHall, while complaining of how the president had failed conservatives domestically:
As the titular head of the Republican Party, President George W. Bush has distinguished himself as a conservative when it comes to foreign policy ...
But as real conservatives once said of a Reichsfuhrer, circa 1933, "tell me one thing he wanted to conserve?"
There is nothing inherently conservative about a willingness to wage war. Indeed, the presidents responsible for World War I, World War II, the Korean War and the Vietnam War were all Democrats of a distinctly liberal – in the modern American sense – stripe.
And Jorge's jihad for democracy isn't conservative in the slightest – it is Woodrow Wilsonism gone mad and transferred from Europe to the Middle East. Interestingly enough, some of the current World Democratic Revolutionists have strong links to Trotsky's World Socialist Revolution, which raises some real questions about just who, precisely, is zooming who?
It is time for conservatives to abandon their allegiance to the Republican Party, which in its tripartite power has revealed itself to be far from the party of freedom and small government it billed itself to be when it claimed the presidency in 1980. Yes, this means that the Democrats will win in 2008, which they are sure to do anyhow when the Elder Gods of the Inner Circle dig up the corpse of Bob Dole, rename him and offer him as a sacrifice to the Lizard Queen.

There are no conservatives anymore. I can say such with a clean conscience. The only real conservatives are in the Southern movement or battling in other states to regain the freedom and separation of powers before the Lincoln and Wilson revolutions. Joseph Farrah once said he didn't find anything redeeming in the term conservative, but the word revolutionary is more akin to his current political creed. If only we had more revolutionaries, we wouldn't have so many of these damn conservatives promoting undying fealty to the state.

Quote of the day

Life, liberty, and property do not exist because men have made laws. On the contrary, it was the fact that life, liberty, and property existed beforehand that caused men to make laws in the first place.

Ignoring the majority of the public, and brining huge amounts of national shame on the city, Ralph bowed to NAACP threats.

When asked for comment, EX-Mayor Ralph said "I thought that my new friend NAACP President Christian's vote would carry the election for me. Can we hold the election over? I promise I will sign the Proclamation this time!"

Let's make this a trend!

Sheriff Joe doing the job legislatures won't do

(CBS 5 NEWS) - Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio announced Tuesday that about 100 volunteer posse and Sheriff's deputies will soon begin randomly patrolling the desert areas and main roadways in southwest Maricopa County as apart of an operation to stem the flow of illegal aliens entering the county...........

Despite the growing controversy about illegal aliens nationwide, the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office remains the only Arizona law enforcement agency willing to enforce a new state anti-smuggling law. "There are so many illegals trying to make it into the county that it's overwhelming my deputies, so I have called on members of my 3000 member volunteer posse to assist," says Sheriff Arpaio. "It's not only illegals we find and arrest out there, we've also made some recent huge drug seizures involving illegal aliens including nearly 100 pounds of methamphetamine and approximately three pounds of heroin." Posse member Andrew Ramsammy, who was part of Tuesday's arrest team, says that he believes he represents many of his peers when he says that the posse is anxious to be a part of the Sheriff's solution to the immigration problem. "As a group of law abiding people, we are fed up with the number of people who come into this county illegally. We're tired of the drugs that some of them bring to sell to our young people and we're ready and willing to assist the Sheriff's deputies in the fight against illegal immigration," says Ramsammy. Sheriff Arpaio says Tuesday's arrests include two coyotes, one of whom may be charged with a far more serious offense - endangerment.

We are going to see much more of this in the near future. It isn't enough to wait on those who created the problem to fix it. Hell, they don't want to fix it, and I don't think they're going to fix it no matter who is in Washington. Illegal immigration is a problem which local government must confront. And with men like Sheriff Arpaio it may just be fixed one day. But not without work, and sacrifice. All hail the posse.

Quote of the day

“"The liberties of our country, the freedoms of our civil Constitution are worth defending at all hazards; it is our duty to defend them against all attacks. We have received them as a fair inheritance from our worthy ancestors. They purchased them for us with toil and danger and expense of treasure and blood. It will bring a mark of everlasting infamy on the present generation – enlightened as it is – if we should suffer them to be wrested from us by violence without a struggle, or to be cheated out of them by the artifices of designing men."

-Samuel Adams-

Say it again Pat

The always biting Pat Buchanan has an article at Americanconmag which lays it on thick in regard to Bush and his traitorous stance on immigration. This part made me smile.

America is facing something of a regime crisis. The president’s poll number are falling not simply because of perceived incompetence—Katrina, Harriet Miers, the Dubai ports deal—but because his policies are failing. His trade policy has created the greatest trade deficits in history and accelerated the death of U.S. manufacturing. His immigration policy has left our borders undefended and millions of illegals marching for their “rights” under foreign flags. His democracy crusade is being ridden to power by anti-Americans from the Middle East to Latin America. His Iraq expedition has given us endless bleedings of blood and money.

That just about says it all. Whatever one may think of Pat Buchanan, tell me where he is wrong there.

Before the quote above, Buchanan brings up something that I had not thought of on this immigration nightmare.

What is the probability of tough legislation to halt the invasion and put the U.S. government back in control of its frontiers? Given the makeup of this Senate—with Democrats virtually united in their resolve to make those 12 million illegal aliens new Democratic voters, and half the GOP terrified of being called “racist” or “xenophobic”—zero.
Indeed, if such a law were passed, it is questionable Bush would enforce it. For he has refused to enforce existing law or defend our southern border and has stated flatly he cannot secure the border unless given an amnesty/guest-worker program to go with it.
And who is the likely replacement for Bush in 2009? Hillary or McCain, both now competing with each other in the generosity of the amnesties they would bestow.

I am a fool. I've read so much about this invasion and the traitors at the top who cheer it on, but for some reason I never thought that Bush would have the 'cajones' not to enforce the law, after everyone got on him, when the country finally gets around to chastising him and protecting themselves without his blessing.

There is nothing new under the sun in the 'immigration debate' (and yes, it does deserve scare quotes). There is only what will happen. It doesn't look good for we native born citizens.
